SMWorld.info was founded in 2007 with the intention of grooming the vast human resources of North-East India. When the rest of India has been already in the pace of technological development & intellectual boom towards the national vision of realizing India as “an Economically Superpower Nation in the world” in the coming decade, there arises an urgent need to create a miracle to push forward the socio-economic conditions of the North-East Indian states, so as to go along.

Education is the key to civilization & development of mankind. Above all, creating the passion of entrepreneurship & stimulating the love of creative innovation among the ‘youths of today’ is the key to bring about socio-economic development of a nation. SMWorld.info intends to bring about such inspirations to all the origins of North-East India.

We envision a new World for Scientifically Matured professionals from the North-East India through communication provided by SMWorld.info to form a vast knowledge pool.

The North-East India, comprising of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura & Sikkim, is not only geographically terrain & far away from the central India; but also lacks the minimum level of required infrastructure to create world class standard in every aspects of governance to go along with the rest of the world. Adding to these complex issues, the North-East Indian states comprise of numerous ethnically diverse communities of mongoloid origins having different languages & cultures distinct from each other. The cultural integration of North-East Indians at one-to-one level with fellow Indians does also become the critical requirement for making our nation strong along with the knowledge share of science & technology.
